The feeling of helplessness when faced with a child in hospital is heart breaking, and the relief when that child is on the mend is exhilarating, so when the chance came up to be able to give something back for the care our daughter received, I jumped at the chance… who wouldn't want to blast around Europe for a good cause?! 'Aware~Wales' is about raising awareness and funding for 'Ty-Hafan' and 'The Meningitis Trust' to help all those affected and for all the hard work that goes into running a charity of their magnitude. Through various non-profit fundraising events that will be held throughout the year, we will try to raise as much as possible for each nominated charity capping it off with our main event… the 5,000 mile, 16 day venture around 14 countries in Europe! Man… Machine… Open Road… Ah bliss… but, I hope my iPod battery lasts, I can't take two weeks with no bumpin' dance music, click here to continue... |
